BACK ORDERS:
All Back Orders must be paid-in-full, can not be canceled, and are Non-Refundable.
Hair By MailⓇ no longer accepts Personal Checks as a form of payment unless you have received prior authorization by Management.
Sales terms: (Men’s Ready Made systems)
Hair By MailⓇ guarantees the quality of all merchandise. In the event of a factory defect or incorrect shipment, Hair By MailⓇ will promptly issue an exchange or credit. Requests for returns must be within five (5) days of receipt of goods. Upon approval, merchandise must be sent freight pre-paid by the customer. At this time, credit or exchange will be made, excluding shipping charges. All merchandise must be unused, in its original condition and in its original packaging as purchased. All returns must be received by Hair By MailⓇ within thirty (30) days from the shipping date of the original invoice and are subject to a $10.00 restocking fee. HBMⓇ will accept no returns without previous authorization or on merchandise returned more than thirty (30) days from the original invoice shipping date. Thank you.

For shipment of supplies and hair systems to non-US locations, any fees and or taxes that are incurred and billed to the recipient by the shipment firm (UPS, EMS, FedEx, etc.) are the sole responsibility of the recipient. These taxes, if applicable, will not be paid by Hair By MailⓇ. Hair By MailⓇ is not responsible for any package held or seized by customs. Hair By MailⓇ will NOT offer any replacements, discounts, refunds, or credits.

Six-month warranty against manufacturer’s defects. (Excluding permanent wear units and or Lace or Skin Units) Permanent wear units have a 6-month foundation warranty, but we are easy. If something happens quickly, we will consider it.

Risk-free Guarantee on all standard custom made units is available, just CALL FOR PRICING.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with our product, we guarantee it. If within 30 days of shipping, or even after you been wearing your new custom unit, or if it had been cut and styled, you can ask us to fix it, make it over, or even for your money back. (Excluding the risk free additional cost) No questions asked.

Yes. However, they are not designed for persons that are in the beginning stages of baldness. You should have pronounced male pattern baldness with little or no hair in the balding area. All Ready Made models may be bonded permanently or removed daily.

Your stock hair system ships same day ordered. For U.S. clients, overnight delivery is available for an extra charge. Depending on your location, standard delivery is 1-7 days.
